FELIPE GUTTERRES | CEO
CFO, director of investor relations and was a member of the Board of Directors from Wilson Sons Limited Group, one of the largest company of maritime and port logistics services in Brazil. He joined the company in 1998, as investment manager.
Previously, from 1994 to 1998, Gutterres held executive positions in finance and planning areas of Shell Brazil. He is graduated in General Management from Harvard Business School and in Economics from Rio de Janeiro’s Federal University (UFRJ). He also has a of Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the Post-graduation and Research Institute from Rio de Janeiro’s Federal University (COPPEAD).

MARCELO DESTERRO | CFO
He held executive positions in companies as Manabi, Vale Energy Solutions, Log-in Logistics, Wilson Sons and others. Worked as planning and control manager at ENEVA.
The executive is a master in Finance from the Post-graduation and Research Institute from Rio de Janeiro’s Federal University (COPPEAD), postgraduate in Production Engineering and Economics Engineering from the Alberto Luiz Coimbra Post-graduation and Research Institute from Rio de Janeiro’s Federal University (COPPE) and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Aeronautics’ Technological Institute (ITA).

MICHEL DAVID TEICHER | DIRECTOR TECHNICAL
Before SISTAC, Teicher worked as technical and operational director at Fugro Brazil and as contract and operational manager at Fugro Marsat Underwater Services. There, he participated in the activities of the departments of operations, engineering, contract and project management.
He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Business Management from Getúlio Vargas’ Foundation (FGV) being, still, graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Gama Filho University. Teicher works in the area of underwater operations since 1982.

MARCOS PASSOS | COMMERCIAL AND NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR
He has a master’s degree in Production Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Information Systems and is graduated in Computer Science, all of them from Fluminense’s Federal University (UFF).
Certified as a project management professional from Project Management Institute (PMI) and Client Representative from IMCA. Before being part of SISTAC’s board of directors, Passos held positions in the technology department, besides the technical and operational area.

THIAGO GUESSE | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Guesse joined Sistac in 2018. He has over 16 years in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry, working in innumerous projects around the globe, including ROV, Diving (sat & air), survey and subsea tooling for world class clients. He is a Lawyer from Fluminense Federal University in Rio de Janeiro, started his career in Fugro, where he has held important managerial positions from 2008 to 2018, after being experienced in Offshore vessels and developed international skills as part of a strategic robotic team in Singapore.

FERNANDA LEÃO | HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
She has more than 16 years of experience in Human Resources area. She worked as Human Resources Manager at Wilson Sons Limited Group and at Claro Digital, performing corporate functions and related to business, logistics and foreign trade areas.
Leão is graduated in Psychology from Fluminense’s Federal University (UFF), with Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from Getúlio Vargas’ Foundation (FGV). She has international experience at a media company at the United Kingdom.

LUIZ MENDONÇA | QHES GENERAL MANAGER
He has 24 years of experience in QHES management, with the last 14 at offshore units, as launching vessels (PLSV) and O&G production units, as FPSO. Assumed executive positions in O&G companies as Chevron, Modec and Subsea7.
He is postgraduate in Safety Engineering from PUC-RJ and in Effluent Treatment from Rio de Janeiro’s State University (UERJ). He is also graduated in Engineering from Rio de Janeiro’s State University (UERJ).
