Carlos Madaleno
CEO - Executive Director
A results-oriented executive with over 22 years of experience, he is able to help companies improve their financial performance through high-level execution, increased sales, innovative growth and a focus on investor returns. His track record includes leadership in the specialized services sector, with solid experience in sustainable growth, P&L recovery, M&A, and cultural transformation. He has deep knowledge in Corporate Governance and Compliance and proven experience in leading international teams for crisis management, business recovery and expansion/growth.
Viviane Saraiva
CFO - Financial Director
Professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial area, extensive knowledge in financial planning and people management. Extensive experience in structuring and monitoring financing, having led the acquisition of approximately US$ 5 billion in international debt, covering Project finance, Corporate finance, Project Bonds and Corporate bonds structures. Experience in equity operations (IPO, Private placement, M&A studies).
Thiago Guesse
CCO - Commercial Director
He serves as Commercial and Business Development Director (CCO) of SISTAC, a position he has held since December 2023. With a career spanning over 20 years in the sector, he previously held the position of COO – Chief Operations Officer of SISTAC between April 2019 and December 2023 and was Operations Manager from April 2018 to March 2019. Prior to joining SISTAC, he accumulated over 14 years of experience at Fugro as a Technical Manager, where he developed valuable expertise in ROV operations and led highly complex projects. His extensive technical and operational experience has been fundamental to the development of new business and the expansion of SISTAC in the market.
